Terrorbird Media has partnered with Alpha Pup Digital to develop TerrorbirdDigital, a stunning new digital radio promotion interface that goes live on January 17th. This next generation technology is both thrilling and highly functional, allowing Terrorbird to give radio stations, DJs, and tastemakers the closest possible experience to receiving a Terrorbird package in the mail. This technology, coupled with the usual enthusiasm and passion stations have come to expect from the company, puts Terrorbird at the forefront of the expanding digital era and offers both radio stations and record labels an even wider array of options for radio and promo campaigns than ever before.
With checks in place to curb file sharing and monitor station download activity, the ability to download all project assets (Terrorbird one sheet, album artwork, etc.), and an incredibly detailed reporting system, digital campaigns can work for:
- Full Campaigns on Any Release
- Supplementary servicing on traditional campaigns
- Small Scale releases
- 12"s/Vinyl only releases
- Digital Only Releases
With so many labels looking to trim/eliminate mailing & promo costs for major releases and/or having digital/vinyl releases these days, TerrorbirdDigital is the answer. "Alpha Pup has been working with the Terrorbird people for awhile now, and as a digital distribution company, we feel that we could create exactly what Terrorbird had cooked up conceptually. As a record label, we have everything to gain with this system being the best it could possibly be," Daddy Kev, CEO of Alpha Pup, remarked. With future plans to continue to fine tune an already extremely user friendly interface, implement real time chat between radio stations and promoters via TerrorbirdDigital, as well as plans to coordinate TerrorbirdDigital with cellular technology, the sky's the limit.
TerrorbirdDigital commences on January 17th with Bunny Rabbit's 'Saddle Up' EP on Voodoo-Eros (featuring Coco Rosie producer and beatboxer Black Cracker), and other projects on board already include the stunning Omar Rodriguez-Lopez & Damo Suzuki (of Can) vinyl and digital release on GSL, Carlos Niño's "Fill The Heart Shaped Cup" album on Alpha Pup, as well as the next 4 releases from Morr Music, including the much anticipated album from The Go Find.
