Matthew Gawrych started out as a janitor at a local college. Sometimes when the school was empty, he would see a complex math problem on the blackboard and simply solve it… Long story short, his talented arithmetic skills didn’t get him a radio promotion job at Terrorbird but eight solid months of interning at places like AAM and Domino Records did. Matthew graduated from Kutztown University in 2008 and currently resides in Brooklyn by way of Philadelphia by way of the ‘burbs in southern New Jersey. His favorite artists include a steady mix of Joy Division, Wild Beasts, Bob Dylan, Tallest Man On Earth, M83, & Daft Punk. You will most likely find Matthew messing with Jessica’s dog, Harpo, wincing at the sight of cheese, or playing DJ Hero.
