At long last, the time has finally come for the North American release of Boo from Swedish brother & sister duo Dag för Dag, out this week on new Brooklyn label Ceremony Recordings .  To celebrate, the label has unveiled the final version of the vinyl only artwork (available for pre-order here), AOL Spinner is streaming the album in its entirety, and NME premiered the new stellar new single "Boxed Up Pine." With director Ted Malmros of the Shout Out Louds putting his finishing touches on the forthcoming "Boxed Up In Pine" video, and with the band already releasing a recent free EP packed with non-album tracks, Dag för Dag is showing no signs of slowing down.

With the help of Richard Swift (Secretly Canadian) in their native US and Johannes Berglund in their Swedish new land, the fury and the intensity along with the gentle pop approach that Jacob and Sarah Snavely bring to the live stage translates with stunning clarity on the new record. Having toured with Wolf Parade, Cursive, Lykke Li, Shout Out Louds, Handsome Furs, & The Kills, and with the acclaimed Shooting from the Shadows EP on Saddle Creek under their belts, Dag för Dag bring their sprawling mix of dirty guitars, layered textures, and anthemic guy/girl vocals, finally, to North America.
