The Philadelphia based live-electronic two-piece RYAT continues to turn heads as they take their sensory-overload live show from coast to coast. Fresh off SXSW shows with the likes of Starf**ker, Baths, and Prince Rama, multi-instrumentalist and sound manipulator Christina Ryat and guitarist Tim Conley gear up for the release of Avant Gold Remixed on April 12th (the follow up to the recently released full length Avant Gold), on their own Obvious Bandits imprint. RYAT's ties to the Brainfeeder camp continue to develop as well. Already appearing on Taylor McFerrin's recent Brainfeeder single "A Place In Your Heart," their bold cover of the frantic Flying Lotus track "Noise Art" was posted on the Brainfeeder site itself as well.
