X:144 and SPS are known for revolutionizing the sound of hip hop with vinyl tipping scratches and head throbbing lyrics with an on stage appeal that is nothing less than lethal. X:144 found his roots deeply planted within the art of storytelling at numerous open mic nights and between pages of college-ruled notebook paper that allowed him to be the primary lyricist of Transparent Dark Productions,however his need for production eventually drove him to build his own production empire. DJ SPS exploded the scene at the local youth center in Berlin Germany, at the age of 16, which led him to hone his turntabilist skills to create his own special sound. This piloted SPS to win the 2004 and 2005 DMC South East Regional Championship and his now turntabilist crew member of 1200 HOBOS and Faderballistic.


In 2005 X:144 and SPS joined forces to take the world on and are now ready for the world to witness the release of their long anticipated debut album M.E. from Nonsense Records. That album is destined to become another classic to add to the list of hip hop greats -- but first they have the Lose Control 12". This energetic duo combines wit, musicianship and old school hip hop values to create balance in a world where the ever expanding unsteadiness of commercial hip hop has infiltrated.
