Sebastien Tellier's post-R&B anthem is finally released as a single with the proper remix job.

Imagine Justin Timberlake turned truck driver in Germany and singing a song about how he makes love to a girl. that's 'Kilometer', a European hommage to the american R&B sound.

On top of the original song co-written and produced by Daft Punk's Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo comes the A-Trak remix. A-Trak, like his 'boss' Kanye West, has put some electro disco in his hip hop. Here he delivers a pumping version, with electro beat and disco strings, co-produced by his brother Dave 1 of Chromeo fame. Massive response from the dancefloors & the DJs so far.

Then comes the Aeroplane remix. They've been very busy recently remixing Grace Jones, MGMT or Bloc Party. Before they start recording their first album with Bertrand Burgalat, they found the time do produce the well named 'Italo 84 remix', so sexy & surprising.

Arpanet is the cult Detroit producer who also releases as Dopplereffekt. His mix is pure downtempo nasty music.

From Munich, Germany, Moulinex sent his addictive version, in the Munich Machine tradition ; hypnotical funk.

Parisian newcomers Donovan pushed 'Kilometer' in the groove direction, and even added some talkbox vox to it.

And the youngsters of Delete had fun deconstructing the song but not losing its inner swing.
