Born and raised on the bayous of New Orleans, slowly djing his way out west through Austin, TX and now residing in Los Angeles, Josh Mayer aka Ooah has been one of the west coasts innovators and instigators in genres so new they don't even have names yet. From glitched out hip hop beats to throbbing subsonic bass pulses, Ooah's relentless desire to push the boundaries of current club and dance music has allowed him to average 150 shows a year from coast to coast.

Ooah has earned his way respectfully sharing stages with artists such as Prefuse 73, Sound Tribe Sector Nine, Tipper, edIT, Richard Devine and Diplo. Collaborating live and in the studio with Zilla (members of String Cheese Incident), The Glitch Mob, Audiovoid and Epcot.

He has also been featured on the festival circuit such as Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Shambhala, Burning Man and Sonic Bloom. Currently Ooah can be found slaying crowds across the country with his homies in The Glitch Mob.

With a full-length album in the works, a slew of remixes for other artists and a grueling tour schedule, you will surely be hearing more from "The Mob Boss".
